How estimates and scheduling work

  1. Callback. We phone you to confirm the details and, for repairs, quote a service call and give you an arrival window.
  2. Repairs are priced before the work starts. If the gate needs something different than expected, we explain the options first.
  3. Installations and automation get a site visit, then a written estimate within a few days: design, materials, operator, price and timeline. Estimates are free.
  4. Scheduling. Repairs are usually the same or next day nearby; installations depend on fabrication and permits, typically two to four weeks from the estimate. Our process page covers each step.

What to have ready when you call

  • What the gate is doing (will not open, will not close, drags, stops partway, no power).
  • Gate type — swing or slide — and a rough size. A photo is worth all of this.
  • The operator brand, if there is one (the label is usually on the cover).
  • Your address or nearest cross street, and the best number to reach you.
  • For commercial properties: who to meet on site and any gate codes we will need.

Before the technician arrives

  • Leave the operator as it is — if it is stalling or humming, switch it off at the plug or breaker rather than retrying it.
  • Clear the gate path and the track of snow, leaves and parked cars where you safely can.
  • Make sure we can reach the operator, the power source and both sides of the gate.
  • Keep pets inside while the gate is being worked on and tested.
  • Have your remotes and keypad codes handy; we will re-program them if a receiver is replaced.

Where we go

Parma and the surrounding Cuyahoga County suburbs are our regular area, with installations and scheduled work across Greater Cleveland. The service area page has a ZIP code checker and the full list of communities.

Contact questions

What happens after I send the form?

We read it and call you back — usually within a few hours during business hours, and first thing the next morning if it arrives late. For repairs we will ask a couple of questions and offer an arrival window. For installations we set up a site visit.

Do I need to be home for a repair?

For most repairs, yes, at least at the start: we need access to the operator, the power and the gate, and we like to show you what we found. For quotes on a new gate we can measure without you, but the conversation about design and options is easier in person.

Can I send photos?

Please do. Reply to our callback text or email with a photo of the gate, the operator and anything that looks broken. It often tells us which parts to bring and saves a second trip.
