Privacy Policy
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy covers the website at greenbriargatesdoors.com and the information you send us through it.
Greenbriar Gate Services ("we", "us") is a gate repair and installation company in Parma, Ohio. We built this website to explain what we do and to let you ask for a service call. We collect as little information as that job needs, we use it only for that job, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect

That is the whole list. The website does not ask you to create an account, does not run advertising, and does not contain analytics or tracking scripts. The ZIP code checker and the opener sizing guide run entirely in your browser; what you type into them is not sent to us.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly technical cookie on some requests to protect the site from automated abuse; it does not identify you to us and is not used for marketing. If you block cookies in your browser, the site still works.
How we use your information
- To respond to your service request by phone or email, including an automatic confirmation email if you gave us an address.
- To prepare an estimate, schedule and perform the work, and keep the records a business needs (what was done, when, for whom).
- To filter out spam and protect the website.
We do not use your information to build marketing lists, and we do not send newsletters.
Who sees it
Your request is seen by the people at Greenbriar Gate Services who handle scheduling and repairs. To operate the website and respond to you we rely on a small number of service providers that process the information on our behalf and under our instructions: our website hosting provider (Cloudflare), the lead-management system that receives form submissions and sends the confirmation email, and our email provider. They may only use the information to provide those services to us. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, in the sense those terms carry under United States state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended). Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of; this section exists so that is clear. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out before doing so.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. Ask us what information we hold about you and we will tell you and correct anything that is wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we need to keep a record of work we performed for you (for warranty, accounting or legal reasons).
- No form required. You can always call us instead of using the form; nothing on this site requires you to give us information to read it.
To make a request, call (440) 732-4323 or email office@greenbriargatesdoors.com. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm the phone number or email address the request concerns so we do not act on someone else's behalf.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we do work for you, as part of the job record. Records of completed work are kept for as long as warranty and tax rules require. Spam and requests we could not act on are removed on a rolling basis. Hosting logs are retained by our provider for a short period for security purposes.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted on its way to us. Submissions are handed to our lead-management system over an authenticated connection and are not stored on the public website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging gate work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the effective date at the top. We do not change the policy retroactively for information you already sent us.
