These terms are short because the website is simple: it describes the gate services Greenbriar Gate Services ("we", "us") offers around Parma, Ohio, and lets you ask us for a service call. They cover the website only. The work we do for you is covered by the written estimate and invoice for that job.

Information on this site

We keep the site accurate and update it when our services or hours change, but the content is general information about gates, openers and how we work, not a promise about your particular gate. Every gate, driveway and property is different, and the right answer depends on a visit. Do not rely on the site alone to make a decision that costs money; call us and let us look at it.

The tools on this site

The opener sizing guide, the ZIP code checker and the troubleshooting guide are provided to help you plan and to ask better questions. They give estimates and general guidance based on the numbers you enter and on typical products, and they can be wrong for your situation. They are not engineering advice and not a quote. Final sizing, product selection and safety-device requirements are decided on site by our technician, and any work is described in a written estimate.

Estimates, scheduling and pricing

• Sending the service request form does not create a contract. It is a request, and we will contact you to confirm what you need and when we can come.
• Repairs are quoted before the work starts; installations and automation are quoted in a written estimate after a site visit. Only a written estimate accepted by you is binding, and it may have its own terms (deposit, timeline, warranty).
• Response times and availability described on the site (same-day service, callback windows) are our normal practice, not a guarantee. Weather, parts availability and emergencies affect schedules.
• Prices mentioned anywhere on the site, if any, are examples and can change without notice.

Using the site properly

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it to send spam or automated submissions, to probe or overload the site or its hosting, to copy the site's content for another business, or for anything unlawful. We filter automated submissions and may block traffic that abuses the site.
